Shopping here is easy!

1. Come in, look around
From the DEPARTMENTS page, select a department to visit. Many small images can be clicked to see big ones. Relax - you can't accidentally buy anything.

2. Place items in your shopping basket
When you see something you want, click You may be asked to choose options, like size or colour, before the item is placed in your basket. Check or change your basket using the left menu, at any time.

3. Check your Basket
The Shopping Basket page shows you what's in your basket, and you can change or cancel any item at any time.

4. Go to the checkout
From the Shopping Basket page, click CHECKOUT. If you have shopped with us before, type your customer ID and SUBMIT your order. And that's it.

If you don't have a customer ID, fill in your postal and card payment details instead. We'll send you an ID for next time if you tick the box on the order form.

If you are ordering offline, we can also accept UK cheques made payable to "I-SHOPS". But you should include postage at the rate shown in the table below.

That's basically it

Your goods will be sent to you in a few days.
They will arrive in plain wrapping.
Your card statement will show a debit from "I-Shops".

6. Postal charges
P&P in the UK is charged at a flat 10% of order value. For locations outside the UK, airmail is chosen unless you specify surface in your order.

7. How much is that in my currency?
All our prices are given in UK Pounds. We've included a link to a currency converter for your convenience, but please note that this converter is provided by a third party - we are not responsible for it. Also note that the actual rate used for your order is determined by your card issuing company.

8. Why have I heard nothing from you?
Once you have seen the order acknowledgement screen, your order is with us. If the goods are all in stock you'll receive your parcel within a few days. If we need to order items, it may take a week or so. Please feel free to enquire about an order by phone or email, but please do not re-submit orders. First contact us to find out what's happening..

9. What about confidentiality?
Orders are sent under plain wrapping. Card payments appear on your statement as "I-Shops". We will protect your privacy at all times. Your payment, postal, email and personal details are all confidential, and will not be shared. For more, read our Privacy statement.
