I forgot my customer ID!
You're welcome to call the HotLine - we'll ask for your name & e-mail address and read out your code there and then. Or e-mail us.

Your computer can be told to remember your ID for you.
From the BASKET page, click GO TO CHECKOUT, and in that page, tick the REMEMBER MY ID box.

How long do deliveries take?
Videos are sent out the same day, as are most sex toys and our most popular clothing items.
Other clothing items are usually sent within 5 days, but occasionally it can take longer if there is a delay with our manufacturer.
All items should be sent within 14 days.
These estimates are for UK customers.
Elsewhere we ship by Air Mail, and delivery can take between two days and 15 days - depending on where you are.

Why doesn't my Customer ID work?
If you remember your ID correctly, then rejections are usually because you did not enter your code in UPPER CASE, or else you put a space within the code. You may also have confused the letter O with the digit zero. If neither of these apply, please e-mail the webmaster

Why didn't you acknowledge my order?
Orders are acknowledged automatically within a few minutes.
If you do not receive an acknowledgement, it is likely that you mis-typed your email address.
If you do not receive your order acknowledgement within 2 hours, please feel free to contact us to sort out the problem.

Do you sell this Product?
Please use the Product Finder to search our web site for what you're looking for. If it isn't on the web site, we don't sell it.

Why has my order not been delivered yet?
Perhaps something is out of stock. If you're at all anxious, please do contact us.

How are orders packed?
All orders are packed discretely, and robustly. We do not mark your parcel externally with anything except your name & address.
Inside you will find your order, some of our business cards, and your credit card receipt.

How do I pay by cheque or postal order?
Use the shopping basket system as normal.
When you are done, go to the checkout. Once there, click the OFFLINE payment link, and follow the instructions.
Payments may be made with cheque from non-UK banks,
but an additional £5 is charged to cash these cheques, which is the fee our bank charges us.

What About Delivery Costs?
In the UK we add 10% to your goods total to cover packaging and posting.

OK . Although there's nothing wrong with what you're buying, not everyone is as liberated as you are, so you may be uncomfortable about trusting us to keep your business confidential. Here's what we do to support you:

  • We send your order to you in completely plain packaging
  • Your credit card statement will show an entry for "I-SHOPS" - nothing else appears there
  • We do not send you unsolicited promotional email or post. We'll only send you our newsletter if you subscribe to it
  • We do not pass on any of your contact information to any third party
  • We are available to you by phone or email to sort out any problems there may be with professionalism and respect
  • We're on your side!

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Make sure you select the correct postal region by clicking on the Packaging & Postage link in the shopping basket,
and enter your full international address at the payment screen.
Some countries have demonstrated high fraud volumes, and we are not accepting cheques from those countries.
We'll tell you if you are in one of those countries, and invite you to pay by cheque, for which there is an additional £5 charge to cover the cost of cashing your cheque at our bank.

We are based in Bedford, England, but we are an internet-only supplier. We do not have public premises you can visit.
