Privacy Statement

1. How your Personal Details are Collected & Used

Your details are collected through the forms you fill in after the checkout.
They are used soley for the purpose of filling orders from you.

We do not pass them to anyone, and we protect them for you.

2. Security

When you place an order at our website, the connection between you and our secure server uses industry-standard encryption technology. When your completed order is sent to our shop, it is again encrypted.

Customer details are not kept on our server, and so are not vulnerable to hacking.

3. Email Address

If you subscribe to our emailing list, we'll use it to send you occasional emails about our new website developments. These have been less than monthly in the past, and they're likey to stay that way.

We do not pass on your email address to anyone, and we will remove you from our list in an instant if you ask us to.

4. Postal Address

We will only use your postal address to send you your order, and to correspond with you about your orders, if e-mail and phone are not working for some reason.

We will not make your address available to any other company, and we will not post you promotional material.

5. Browsing
Logs

Our server records web page accesses. Actually all servers do this.

It tells us the number of visitors each day, and for each visitor - it tells us which pages were visited. Visitors are only identified as anonymous numbers - we do not know who they are.

This information allows us to optimize our website's design - to make it easier for you and more productive for us.

If a visitor comes to our website by clicking a link on another site, then the logs also tell us what that site was.

This allows us to understand and assess the effectiveness of our advertising strategies.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files placed in a protected area within your browsers memory.
They can be used for a vareity of purposes.

We use cookies for two reasons:

1. We keep your shopping basket in a cookie on your computer. This is how it remembers what you've ordered so far.

2. We store a "Browser Number" in a cookie - this is just a long number.

It allows us to understand the logs in terms of visits - rather than a sea of page accesses.

People are not personally identifiable through the browser numbers.

However, if someone browses our site then submits an order, providing their postal and payment details, it would be possible to associate their browser number with them personally. We don't do this, and don't see any reason to do it. Besides - since you just told us who you are we asume you don't care that we now know who you are!

7. Contact
You can email us on any aspect of our privacy policy

Summary:

Nothing we do will compromise your personal privacy
